Protecting Children

KinectedCare is committed to providing a safe environment and protecting children from harm. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not discuss, upload, share, distribute or solicit any content involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any visual depiction, including photos, videos or computer generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct is strictly forbidden.

Grooming

Attempting to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation is strictly forbidden

Sextortion

Threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to images is strictly forbidden.

Child Trafficking

Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of children is strictly forbidden.

Interaction

Any behavior that sexualizes, exploits, abuses or endangers children will not be tolerated.

CSAM Repsonse Procedures

When KinecteCare becomes aware of CSAM content, we will:
- Immediately remove the content
- Immediately report the incident to the National Center for Missing and & Exploited Children
- Immediately contact local law enforcement
- Preserve evidence and maintain records for law enforcement entities
- Review related accounts and content for additional violations
- Implement preventative measures

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Users can report without revealing their identity. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, with urgent matters escalated immediately.

Contact Local Law Enforcement

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first and then report the incident to us.
