1. The caregiver downloads first

Whoever is organizing care installs KinectedCare and creates the care team. This is usually an adult child or family member.

2. Invite the family

Send an invitation to the person being cared for and to other family, friends, or neighbors. Everyone joins the same private care team.

3. Turn on safety alerts

Turn on the KinectedGuard safety layer1 so one press of the HELP button reaches the whole team at once — even through silent and Do Not Disturb.
