  1. Build the care team

    Your parent installs KinectedCare on their phone — and, if they like, on their Apple Watch or Wear OS watch. You, your siblings, and anyone else who helps join as their care team. No pendant, no base station, nothing new to wear.

  2. One press of HELP

    When they need a hand, they press HELP on their phone or right from their watch. KinectedCare alerts every member of the care team at once, reaching you even through silent and Do Not Disturb.1

  3. If their watch detects a fall

    A fall-detection-capable watch detects the fall, and its own system handles the emergency response. KinectedCare then tells the care team — so the people who love them know too, not just a call center.1

  4. Their phone speaks for them

    Whenever help is triggered — they press HELP, or their watch detects a fall — KinectedCare notifies the care team and brings up an “I need help” screen on their phone. Whoever is with them — a neighbor, a passer-by, a first responder — sees their name, the people who care for them, and a button to call 911.

  5. The family coordinates

    Everyone sees who’s responding, shares notes, and follows up, all in one shared, private place. Presence, not surveillance.
