A helping hand — not just an emergency response

Not every moment is a 911 moment. Sometimes a loved one just needs a hand — and KinectedCare makes asking for one simple.

Plenty of difficult moments fall short of an emergency but still need someone to show up: getting stuck in a chair, feeling unsteady, locked out after a walk, or simply wanting a familiar voice. For these, a full emergency response is too much — but being alone with no easy way to reach family is too little.

How the HELP button works

From inside KinectedCare, the person being cared for can tap HELP to alert their care team that they'd like a hand. Everyone on the team is notified, so whoever is closest or most available can respond. It's a calm, dignified way to ask for support without dialing an emergency line — and without feeling like a burden.

When it's a real emergency

If there's any sign of a medical emergency, call local emergency services right away. KinectedCare is not a substitute for emergency services — the HELP button is for the many everyday moments that sit below that line, where what's needed is family, not an ambulance.
