Get Stronger

A few gentle movements, at their own pace.

Get Stronger puts a short set of follow-along movements on the phone of the person you care for: an animated figure to follow, a simple count of what they did, and their last seven days.

The Get Stronger invitation on the Care Log of a phone: a card reading Move with me today, Follow along at your own pace, There is no rush, captioned A gentle invitation to move, at your own pace.
The Get Stronger screen on a phone: an animated figure raising both arms, with arrows to move between movements, captioned Fourteen gentle movements, at your own pace.
The Get Stronger practice screen: a count of twelve with a Save my practice button and the message Nicely done, captioned Count what you did, and see it add up.
The Get Stronger seven-day view: bars for the days practiced, captioned See your last seven days at a glance.

Screens from the app, with example data.

Follow along

Each movement is shown by an animated figure. They swipe or use the arrows to move from one to the next, and the order changes each day.

There are 14 in all, from overhead arm raises and sit-to-stands to calf raises and a one-leg stand.

Count what you did

They count what they did, save it, and see their last seven days. A “Move with me today” card on their Care Log is an invitation, with no rush.

Theirs, unless they choose to share

Their practice stays on their phone unless they choose to share it with their family’s CareView. They can stop sharing at any time in Settings, and what they shared is deleted. Get Stronger reads nothing from Apple Health or Google Health, and, like all of KinectedCare, it has no ads, no trackers and nothing sold.
